Regular house cleaning requires a minimum of 2 hours per session.
Clients must provide a mop, bucket, and vacuum.
Cleaning products can be supplied by our team for an extra fee.

One-Off Cleaning Prices

The required minimum service is 2 hours per session for one-off house cleaning. Two hours is ideal for a studio or 1 bed 1 bath apartments. For larger properties, additional time will be needed to ensure a thorough clean.

End of tenancy

All cleaning detergents and equipment are provided by our team.
We guarantee every job will be completed within 72 hours from the start date, ensuring a timely and thorough service.

Deep Cleaning Prices

Our deep cleaning service requires a minimum of 4 hours per session, ideal for 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom or 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom properties. Deep cleaning allows our professionals to focus on areas typically missed during regular cleans, such as skirting boards, internal windows, door frames, kitchen cupboards, ovens, fridges, and more. For larger homes (e.g., 3-bed, 2-bath or bigger), 4 hours may not be enough. In this case, we recommend providing a priority list so the cleaner can focus on the most important areas within the available time. Please ensure a vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket are available at the property, as we do not supply equipment

For regular cleaning and deep clean, please have these items ready for our cleaner:

• Bathroom cleaning spray

• Toilet cleaner

• Disposable wipes (for toilet use only)

• Specific surface cleaners (e.g., granite, stainless steel)

• Furniture polish

• Glass cleaner (for mirrors and windows)

• One pair of gloves for kitchen tasks

• One pair of gloves for bathroom tasks

• Extendable duster for reaching cobwebs

• General dusters and cleaning cloths

• A working vacuum cleaner

• Mop and bucket

• Iron and ironing board (if needed)

For end of tenancy, post-construction and one offs, we will supply cleaning equipments and detergents.

Ironing Services

• With Cleaning Session (On Job): Ironing is done during your booked cleaning time at your home.

• Drop Off: You bring clothes to our team’s location for ironing.

• Pick Up & Drop Off: We collect, iron, and return your clothes to your home.

  Please have these items ready before our cleaner arrives:

• Iron and Ironing board

• Hangers or laundry basket

• Clean clothes ready to iron

• Garment bags (if for drop-off/pick-up service)

Oven Deep Clean

• A thorough, professional clean of all oven types, including single, double, range cookers, AGAs, hobs, and extractor fans.

• Hob: Degreasing and scrubbing of burners, rings, and surface areas.

• Extractor Fan: Removal of grease build-up from filters and internal housing.

  Please have these items ready before our cleaner arrives:

• Oven cleaner (non-caustic preferred)

• Degreaser spray

• Scrubbing sponges/scourers, scraper blade

• Microfibre cloths

• Rubber gloves

• Bin bags (for used foil, trays etc.)

Fridge/Freezer Deep Clean

• Deep cleaning of fridges and freezers of all sizes.

• Freezers must be fully defrosted before cleaning.

  Please have these items ready before our cleaner arrives:

• Fridge-safe antibacterial spray

• Food-safe disinfectant

• Microfibre cloths

• Bucket

• Towels (for water spills)

Interior of Windows

Cleaning of internal glass surfaces, window frames, and sills throughout your home. Accessible internal windows only.

Please have these items ready before our cleaner arrives:

• Glass cleaner or vinegar-water solution

• Lint-free cloths or paper towels

• Microfibre cloth

• Extendable duster or squeegee (if needed for high windows)

Pet Hair Removal

At the moment we don't own any specialised equipment but could do this with a normal hoover.

Please have these items ready before our cleaner arrives:

• Pet hair vacuum with HEPA filter

• Rubber brush or squeegee

• Lint rollers

• Fabric-safe deodoriser

• Disposable gloves
